The process has been to meet on numerous occasions all stakeholders. Business owners, management team, engineers and office staff that would be involved with us during the project. We then have road mapped a content strategy that during the first stage is to reinvest in current fans of the brand and work on demographically targeting a new audience. The process has also involved us developing a targeted lead generation campaign where we have needed to develop graphics and pin point attitudes and interests of people that may be considering or going to purchase an air conditioning unit.
The process is still in the first stage. While we are working on growing the audience as part of stage 2 we have been able to run some targeted ad campaigns that have resulted in us passing on leads that are already generating closed business.
