With the new owners taking over the winery there has been much in the way of upgrades and services which over the years had damaged the brand in the lack of facilities and services. Our challenge was to assist in rebuilding the brand and engage people to want to come back to the winery for more than just a one off visit but come on a regular occurrence.

The first stage of the process was to speak to some of the current customers and ask questions of staff and contractors. We then began a marketing action plan to develop engagement and interest in the winery. The process consisted of developing a content strategy and asking a specialist SEO web designer to help us in the marketing plan.
Within a few short months we have seen growth from the Facebook page that has increased the audience by a new 800 followers and now is reaching over 60% of engaged users this is resulting in more people asking for products and services the page is on an upward spike and people are also wanting to be involved in events happening at the winery.
