With the departure of an employee who had with them a loyal social media following the team were looking for someone who could come in and assist/manage the social media and creatively think of new ways to engage their audience through the medium. Both owners explained to us that they were looking to reconnect with their audience and get back some of the social media momentum they had lost

The First stage of the process was to speak to the owners Luke & Doug. Understanding the business and expectations of our role.
The second part of the process was to scan the Facebook page and work out a business vocabulary that stayed true to the brands personality and character.
The next phase we began contacting local paint providers. By doing this we were able to understand The Nowra Paint Place’s position in the market and point of difference.
Putting together a road map of what social media channels would be used and by what time we would expect them to come on board in the process.
Phase one of the process has worked well. The page has began to retain some of the lost fans and is on its way to being back into the position it once once with a pathway to exceeding this. We will begin our process of phase two soon.
